New Year's Resolutions

This year's resolutions I actually wrote down. The big one I wrote in dry-erase marker on my mirror with blanks for each day of the week to track the smaller daily sub-goals. Once again this year I am going for weight loss.

Goals:

  1. Lose 2 lbs/week (100 by end of year).
    How:
    • Exercise a minimum of 20 minutes daily (7 days/week)
    • Track Caloric Intake Through Livestrong.com Daily
    • NO Fast Food*
    • NO Soda
  2. Read One Book a Month (minimum 200 pages).
  3. Clean Out the Garage by the End of June

The (*) under no fast food means that when I am with Jen on a date and we decide to heat a burger joint for a meal then, and only then, am I allowed to indulge. The main point is that I can't do my solo trips any longer.
